John J. Link, Jr. - Director of Accounting Services/Specialized Consulting and Practice Development
Mr. Link is a founding partner of Link Murrel & Chang, LLP and has practiced for over 30 years. He has been involved in the tax planning and compliance services for several companies, including real estate developers, manufacturing entities, professional corporations and nonprofit entities. Mr. Link is currently involved in commercial, family law and bankruptcy trustee litigation and accounting support services. He is the Director of Management Advisory, Litigation Support, Accounting Services and Practice Development for the firm.

Craig W. Murrel - Director of Taxes and Managing Partner
Mr. Murrel is a founding partner of Link Murrel & Chang, LLP. He is the Managing Partner for the firm and the Director of Taxes. He is directly involved in the creative tax planning and compliance services for a wide variety of companies including real estate developers, medical practices, manufacturing corporations, publishing concerns and personal service companies. Mr. Murrel's specializations include advance planning strategies for use in multiple entity tax structures including S corporations, C corporations and limited partnerships.

Wm. Gary Crouch - Director of Accounting and Audit Department and Director of Quality Control
Mr. Crouch joined Link Murrel & Chang, LLP in 1990. He is the Director of Accounting and Auditing Services and Director of Quality Control for the firm. He is directly involved in auditing and accounting services for a wide variety of companies. These companies include, but are not limited to, governmental, nonprofit, retail, finance, construction, equipment leasing and sales, mortgage banking and manufacturing.

Tony Chang - Tax Partner
Mr. Chang joined the Firm in 2011 as a tax partner by merging his practice with the Firm. He has extensive experience in corporation, flow-through entities and individual tax planning and compliance for clients in various industries. He also has experience in a multitude of transactional issues including initial business formation, mergers and acquisitions, and reorganization. He also specializes in providing outsource services related to income tax provisions and accounting for uncertain tax positions for public and nonpublic companies.
Mr. Chang is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, playing racquetball, and spending time with his family.
